2.1. When do we collect and process personal data?
As a matter of principle, we will collect and process personal data about you as a visitor of our website only if this is necessary for providing a functional website, its contents and services and if you actively submit the data to us. The legal basis for processing is Article 6 (1) (f) or Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
Your personal data may therefore be processed in different cases, e.g., when you visit our website or contact us.

When you access our website, our system will automatically collect data and information of the computer system of the calling computer.
The legal basis of this processing is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Each time you visit our website, the IP address of the calling computer will be stored. Date and time of access, name and URL of the retrieved file, the website from which the access is made (referrer URL), browsers used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider will be processed.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your request in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If your request serves to conclude a contract with us, additional legal basis for processing is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
By voluntarily submitting your personal data, you agree to be referred to by us as an interested party. Thus, we will inform you about news concerning our products. You can revoke this consent at any time and request the deletion of your data.

3. Rights of the data subject
If we process your personal data, you are a data subject in the sense of the GDPR and you have the following rights against us as the controller:
3.1. Right of access by the data subject
According to Art. 15 GDPR, you shall have the right to obtain from us confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and further information mentioned in Article 15 GDPR.
3.2. Right to rectification
According to Art. 16 GDPR, you shall have the right to obtain from us without undue delay the rectificaton of inaccurate personal data concerning you. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you shall have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
3.3. Right to erasure
You shall have the right to obtain from us the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay. We shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay where one of the grounds mentioned in Art. 17 GDPR applies.
3.4. Right to restriction of processing
In compliance with Art. 18 GDPR, you shall have the right to obtain from us restriction of processing your personal data where one of the grounds mentioned applies.
3.5. Right to data portability
According to Art. 20 GDPR, you shall have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from us, where the processing is based on consent pursuant to point (a) of Article 6(1) or point (a) of Article 9(2) or on a contract pursuant to point (b) of Article 6(1) and the processing is carried out by automated means.
3.6. Right to object
According to Art. 21 GDPR, you shall have the right to object to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on point (e) or (f) of Article 6(1) GDPR, including profiling based on those provisions.
If you wish to exercise your right, please contact us as the controller via the contact details mentioned above. If you wish to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data, please send us an email captioned “Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data”. Safeguards to protect your data
4.1. Privacy protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy and to keeping your personal data confidential. We have taken extensive technical and organisational measures to prevent any manipulation, loss or misuse of your data stored in our organisation. These measures are regularly reviewed and adapted to technological progress.
When we collect data, we (or our processors) process your data on specially protected servers in the EU. Due to the authorisation management, access is only possible for a few authorised persons who are involved in technical, commercial or editorial support.
